“ On the recommendation of Scott at Tiffin I stopped to pick up some breakfast. It was everything he said it would be and more. The biscuits are the best I think I've ever had. Not an exaggeration! I was told to try the chocolate gravy and biscuits. As my brain is telling me brown gravy my mouth is screaming chocolate! It's an interesting experience to say the least but certainly one I recommend. If you like sweet then it's a MUST! very very good! The husband had a deluxe omelet, and eaten before I got a picture. He said it was really good and super filling. If you are in the area for any reason the Sparks restaurant is a must stop for sure. ”

“ What is there not to love about these small country town restaurants that harken back to the days when life just seem to move a little slower and everyone you met gave you a friendly hello or politely nodded their head to you? This restaurant takes you right back to those days where everyone working there had a warm, friendly smile when they greeted you, and they made you feel right at home. We came for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The white gravy smothered over the biscuits was to die for good. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. Good ole home made grits, toast and sausages rounded out a terrfic meal for us. The portions were generous, and we concluded this would be our one meal for the day. ”
